Return Policy

Once you’ve ordered, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center, to view the mymommart.com return policy.

Mymommart.com will accept return within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item only in the case of manufacturing defect or wrong product received.

If the outer carton or packaging is distorted, tampered or dilaplidated customer should not accept it.

Products purchased from mymommart.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment as long as they are in new, unused condition, unopened & is different from the one ordered. In case of return, the customer will have to self ship the product to our warehouse. Items returned to mymommart.com should be sent through a track able shipping service.

If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a track able method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to refund you.

When you order from my mom mart.com your return will be sent back to us at return address provided.

If you have purchased an item shipped from and sold by mymommart.com that is defective and that defect is covered under manufacturing defect, mymommart.com will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item within 7 days of receipt of shipment as long as they are in new, unopened & in unused condition.

If your return is not a result of mymommart.com error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records. Returned products would not be accepted if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Finally decision shall be of mymommart.com & binding on the customer.

If the product arrived is in damaged condition and is still in an unopened box should not be accepted by the customer.

Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
